Analyst inside the field of applied psychology have stated that ethical leadership is exhibited by showing the right behavior by means of individual activities and connections and the advancement of these behaviors to others by means of a two-way communication, fortification, and basic leadership. This depiction features three fundamental elements of ethical leadership (Barnes, and Doty, 2010). The first is that leaders become worthy and certified as moral good examples through taking part in nonstop behaviors, which others view to be unselfish and morally right. The second is that moral authority includes directing attention for moral issues and norms. The third is that moral initiative includes building up moral order atmospheres, which establishes conditions for positive outcomes and morally acceptable practices and gives negative ramifications for practices that are deemed unsuitable (Barnes, and Doty, 2010). This paper will center around moral authority dependent on a situation.
