3.5.2.3 Likert Scale
According to Brooke (2011), Likert scales are known as the forced-choice question. The construction of a Likert scale consists of a statement associated with the research topic with a 5 point scale ranging from strongly disagree to strongly agree. Based on the given statement, participants may point out the degree of agreement or disagreement towards the statement and select the answer that they believe the most consistent to their thoughts. The scale range is set from strongly disagree to strongly agree (1 to 5). This scale applied in section B because is easy to administer and process the data (Boone&Boone, 2012).
